These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (the Client) and Luden Group (the Service Provider).
1. Confidentiality
We guarantee that all conversations, documents, and any other materials shared in the course of our work will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed outside our organisation unless legally required.
2. Scope of Services
We agree to provide the services as outlined in the proposal or agreement, with the understanding that scope may evolve by mutual agreement.
3. Right to Terminate
Either party reserves the right to end the contract at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Where applicable, any remaining fees will be prorated based on work completed to date.
4. Results Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the outcomes and we are unable to remedy the issue within a reasonable time frame, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. This does not affect your legal rights.

5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due on the day of issue. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property created during the engagement remains the property of Luden Group until payment is made in full, after which ownership is transferred to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services in question.
